How long does shipping take?

Shipping for on hand wigs typically takes 2-5 business days within the U.S. For all other orders, shipping may take 7-10 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All units are final sale.

If your unit is damaged

How do I prepare for my install?

Arrive with clean, product-free hair. Bring your unit (if not purchased same day). We’ll customize the melt, part, and fit.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, San Diego pickup is available by appointment. Please txt or call 619-607-9852 to arrange a pick-up time.
